    Vintage NASA Apollo 11, 12, 13 & 14 Mission Glass Tumblers By Libbey - Set Of 4
Vintage NASA Apollo 11,12,13 & 14 Mission Glass Tumblers By Libbey - Set of 4.
In the 60s and 70s, Marathon Oil partnered with Libbey Glass to make a series of glasses honoring NASA's Apollo Space Program. Apollo 11 saw NASA put a man on the moon for the first time in history. The Apollo 12 mission (AS-507) saw Alan Bean, Richard Gordon and Pete Conrad fly to the moon from November 14-24 -1969, just four months after Buzz, Neil, and Michael first did so. Apollo 13 was to be the third mission to land on the Moon. An explosion in one of the oxygen tanks crippled the spacecraft during flight and the crew were forced to orbit the Moon and return to the Earth without landing. The Libby Apollo 14 Glasses feature a great graphic of Alan Shepard taking his famous golf shots on the surface of the moon -- one of the best designs among the four variations.
The red, white and blue tumblers are 4" tall and 2 3/4" across. They are in great used condition free of any chips or cracks, show minimal wear for their age on their decals and would be a great addition to any NASA enthusiast or anyone like me that likes to collect vintage glassware.
Vintage and antique items have been loved and used by the previous owner so please expect for there to be some imperfections. If there are any major imperfections such as age cracks, rust, chips, etc I will do my best to list them. I will combine shipping if you buy multiple items when I can.  Feel free to reach out with any questions or for additional pictures. Thanks so much for your interest in this item!
